We are a firm of Real Estate Agents based in Skibbereen, West Cork. As members of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers we specialise in residential and commercial property sales and letting in the Skibbereen area. Skibbereen which is the heart of West Cork, is located c. 50 miles West of Cork City. Our office is located at the Square which is the town centre.
Pat Maguire M.I.P.A.V. is principal of the firm and has over 10 years experience as an Auctioneer in Skibbereen. Erin MacCarthy M.I.P.A.V. is a recently qualified Auctioneer with experience throughout West Cork. Skibbereen based Eileen Collins is the company Administrator with over 10 years experience in the business.
Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm through lunchtimes and on Saturdays from 9.00am to 1.00pm. Late appointments are available on request.
